Choral Music Returns Policy and Standard Discount Policy
for Retail Accounts

This returns policy is only applicable to Brentwood-Benson Music Publishing Choral product.

An RA number is required when returning Choral music product.

Regular daily orders of Choral and Hymnal product will receive no returns allowance, except for defective or mis-shipped product. Consumer Print (folios, keyboard books, etc.) may be returned, if undamaged, within one year of purchase, however an RA number is required. Defective product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Returns privileges are limited to certain seasonal stock order packages, with the authorized returns percentage predetermined by the package plan chosen by the dealer. (Package plan not applicable to churches or individual consumers). Seasonal returns must be submitted within 60 days of season.

A. Any Choral product returned without authorization and an RA number will receive no credit.

B. Be prepared to give the number of your invoice for which you want credit and the product number with the amount of stock you are returning.

C. You will be given credit for returns based on the predetermined percentage of your original order. An RA number and a return mailing label sticker will be sent to you with the approved credited amount indicated. You are responsible for all postage costs of returns.

D. Please return Brentwood-Benson Music Choral product separately from Hal Leonard Music product.

E. Return your Choral product, along with the RA number sticker, to:

The standard daily discount for Christian Music Dealers on Choral/Print product from Brentwood Music, and Benson Music is 40%. Consumer Print, Hymnal, and Folio discounts vary. Call your sales representative for detailed information. For larger discounts, see package plans.
